What data we process

When you book an appointment or ask us to call you, we process your name, phone number, e-mail if you provide it, the service, the barber, the chosen date and time and any comments you leave. We also record which ad or page brought you to us (for example, the Google Ads click identifier) so we know which advertising works.

What we use it for

To manage your appointment: confirm it, send you reminders by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call, and let you know about any changes.

To handle your call-back request.

To measure the results of our advertising in aggregate form.

Legal basis

Performance of the booking you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Advertising measurement with cookies is only enabled if you accept it in the cookie notice.

How long we keep it

Appointment data is kept while you are a client and for no longer than two years after your last visit, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Call-back requests are deleted after six months.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (web hosting and database), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, for confirmations and reminders), Telegram (internal notifications to the team) and Google (analytics and advertising, only with your consent). Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict the processing of and request the portability of your data by writing to (pending) or calling +34 622 763 169. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
